Penton Tennis Club has two hard courts and is situated on the Penton Recreation Ground, next to Penton Cricket Club, in the village of Penton Mewsey near Andover (SP11 0RA). The club has the use of a small room adjoining the Cricket Pavilion with tea and coffee making facilities, chairs, a parasol and club notice board. Toilet facilities are also available.

The club is relaxed and friendly and has an active membership. It competes in the Sarum Winter & Summer Leagues. It offers an affordable membership and welcomes players of all ages and abilities.

The courts are easily accessible and can be booked either by a club member in advance or on a members ‘turn up and play’ basis. Guests are welcome with a club member for a small charge of £2 per session. On-line booking is available.

Members who are interested in playing in the Sarum League, please come and join in at some of the club sessions, when you can make yourself known to any one of the team organisers. Juniors and seniors are eligible to play.

Recreational players should be aware that courts may be booked for Home matches on Sunday afternoons, so it is always advisable to use the Bookit system to ensure your court time.
